Josh and Vincent were able to quote me for the parts and labor within approximately three minutes, which took another dealership let’s just say too long and $120 to diagnose. Definitely going to bring the service back to Koons. Great customer service, thank you! Editing down to a four. They took entirely too long to do a routine brake service. And why would you turn one rotor and put a new one on the opposite tire. One would think the rotors should be best placed symmetrically.”
