    Treshon was extremely professional and patient while explaining my new phone and setting it up. He was very courteous and kind the entire time I was there. Charles also assisted with my phone setup, and answered my questions thoroughly and patiently.

    5 stars ALL-around. The guys, especially Trey, helped my mom and I receive new phones. We’re Sprint customers, and the guys helped us transition to T-Mobile quite smoothly. They were VERY patient, and helped us figure out our new phones. Thank-you again, guys.

    My husband, son and me went to this location last night to switch over from ATT and had a wonderful experience! Trey, with the help of Diamond, gave us exceptional service and because of their knowledge the switch over went flawlessly! Personally they were also great to talk to and we honestly had a wonderful visit and I would highly recommend this phone store to everyone. TMobile I hope you read these because you do not want to lose employees like this!!!!!

    Today my husband and I were at T Mobile in Menomonee Falls. We were served by Treshon G. He was outstanding. We had a lot to accomplish, and he was patient, efficient, beyond thorough, helpful, and we think went way above the ordinary in helping us. T Mobile is lucky to have him, and we are grateful he helped us today.
