We are absolutely thrilled with result and it's our kids favorite place in the entire house. Bill and his team were absolutely skillful navigating their way through the myriad of parts and pieces that go into finishing a basement. Bill and his team were very cordial while working, pointed out key points and aspects of their work, and provided easily to understand explanations anytime I stopped down to take a look. As for cost, very reasonable. In fact, Egan Construction shined head and shoulders above the competition. Next up for us is a first floor Master Bedroom and Bathroom to die for.
