The whole team at Benchmark will make you feel like you are their most important client — because when they are working on your project they treat you like royalty. I am happy to show off our new paint job - which is impressing all of our friends! I even had one of our electricians ask us for the name of our painter, because he was just that impressed!

They have done exterior and interior painting for us, as well as some minor carpentry work, and their quality and craftsmanship are top notch. They are responsive and clean up thoroughly after each job. I can't recommend them highly enough. We are Benchmark clients for life!
(November 19, 2018, 3:07 pm)We have used Benchmark four times in the past three years to address various issues around our home, including prior to our expected sale of the home (a decision since reversed). We have had wonderful experiences with Benchmark from the beginning, as they have delivered first-class work in a timely, cost-effective and professional manner. In terms of cost, they have consistently surprised us with (i) their initial quotes, when we asked for them, and (ii) their actual prices once they had gained our trust and we began to hire them on a time+material basis. The final prices were lower than anticipated in all instances, and, when we were still seeking competitive quotes, lower than quotes received from other businesses. In terms of work performed, they have done the following: (i) prepped and painted the entire exterior of our house (after helping us select the proper colors), (ii) sanded/painted and, when necessary, replaced wood trim around the exterior of numerous windows, (iii) power washed all exterior surfaces (three times), (iv) weatherproofed doors and windows and other orifices into our house, (v) sanded/painted outdoor metal furniture, fence gates and our mailbox, (vi) stained/resurfaced outdoor and indoor wooden furniture, (vii) repaired or replaced, as necessary, and painted outdoor soffits, (viii) replaced deck and deck stairway supports, (ix) repaired/painted interior walls and ceilings (matching paint colors perfectly), (x) repaired and rehung a kitchen appliance garage, (xi) replaced and hung (and painted) a new garden double-door, and (xii) miscellaneous other repairs. We have been impressed and pleased with the competence, the work product and the demeanor of all the team members -- led by a father-son duo that has been with the company for many years. Andres, who runs this franchise, is professional, friendly and easy to deal with, and has become a trusted advisor in first our relocation, and later our current renovation efforts.
(September 27, 2018, 10:05 pm)I've had Benchmark paint both the inside and outside of my home. They have great painters on their staff and they have always done excellent work. Benchmark made a great effort to accommodate the schedule of the company that was installing new siding on my home. This was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them for any painting job you might have.
(September 25, 2018, 12:38 pm)Benchmark exceeded my expectations. They did a professional, timely, and expert job painting and repairing wood damage to the exterior of my home. They cleaned up after the job, and the cost was very reasonable. I would use them again in a heart beat.
