Everyone is professional and act as though they truly want to give you the best possible experience while you have your braces on. I never felt as though the wait times were beyond what the normal wait period is for a doctor’s office. Dr. Dowling was never in a rush while reviewing my progress and always clearly communicated his next steps and what his plan was to get my teeth to move. The professional attitude continued to the front of the office as they always made sure to clearly state my next appointment and ask if I needed a reminder card or not. Overall it was a great experience.”
