I went to Montgomery Autohaus to have a reduction pulley put on my R53 Mini Cooper S.
I really liked the staff. Edgar was helpful, honest, and immediately cut my price in half when a special part they needed for the job broke. It caused the service to take an extra day, which was a little inconvenient because I needed the car, but I know things happen and they really went the extra mile to accommodate. There was also some cosmetic damage to the engine bay from the installation itself but Edgar went above and beyond to make this right. I never have experienced this kind of honesty, professionalism, integrity, and customer service before. Edgar cares about the customer and cares about running a great business.
I would recommend anyone to go here and will be returning in the future.
I've been taking my 2004 530i to a variety of local shops and they've all been average at best. I read some good reviews of Montgomery Autohaus online, so I decided to head out to Rockville from my home in DC to try it out. I couldn't have been more impressed. Edgar was great, the price was great, and they identified the source of several recurring problems that others could not. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I'm a big fan. I bring my 2003 Mercedes C230 and my 2002 Passat to Montgomery County Autohaus regularly. Edgar and his technicians are knowledgable, honest and considerate. They will explain what needs to be done, in what order of priority, taking you out to your car to explaint their analysis. And they will alway propose the most ecnomical, but safest, solution. A great shop.
I was not able to pay as soon as my 04 Mini Cooper was fixed and Edgar helped me by giving me a couple of extra days to pay. The owner was not pleased to wait, but understood my situation. My car runs like a dream and I am very grateful for their consideration of my situation. Thanks Autohaus!
