MVA - White Oak

Employees should be nice if you have your proper documents and are nice to them. Ask them how their day is and hopefully they won't be hostile. I personally had no problems with folks here. Expect to wait a bit longer than your appointment time even if you arrive early.

I and my wife had to convert our out of state drivers license and IDs changed over to Maryland. Our appointments were for 10 and 10:30 a.m. on October 28. We were there at 9:55 a.m. There was no waiting at checking in and we just walked over to our respective windows. The service was professional . The agent Kindall was extremely helpful and courteous. We were done and out of the facility by 10:15 a.m!
The facility was clean, well organized with adequate seating arrangements.
If you can do extra mileage, I would highly recommend this White Oak branch of MVA.

It was hands down the best visit ever!! I went in expecting the worst. I made my appointment, arrived 15min early. I was out in 20min. Zero hassle. Great service. I was VERY pleasantly surprised.

We had an appointment but we arrived early. There was plenty of parking. We checked in and were called within a couple of minutes. The appointment was very efficient and the woman we worked with was professional and kind. We were done before our actual appointment time came around. It seemed to me that the appointment-only format has made the mva a much more pleasant experience.
