  Hello,
  
  I’m a shopper that shops other communities in my area.
  
  I visited Yorkshire Apartments today around 11:30am to tour the community. I was very impressed with the community appearance when I drove around.
  
  I found a parking space, went into the office and there was a fresh scent coming from the office. I was greater by a woman name Andrea. She smiled and said how may I help you. There was another lady who was in the office but was helping someone else. I let Andrea know that I was looking around and wanted some general information about the property.
  
  She said come over and have a seat, she offered me coffee, and a snack ( impressive). I declined. Andrea was very professional, knowledgeable when providing information and made me feel very comfortable with her. She explained throughly the different floor plans, traditional style vs. the renovation as well as some prior management renovation units.
  
  After that was discussed, she said’ lets go an take a look of what we have and you’ll be excited about your new home. She asked for my ID (I told her I didn’t have it with me because I was rushing). She immediately said, unfortunately, we are unable to tour without valid identification. I knew that was correct but didn’t want to blow my cover because I always shop my comps.
  
  If I was actually looking to move I would live here.

  I am new to the silver spring area and have been weighing my options about where to move. I recently contacted Yorkshire Apartments and spoke with Tawanda. She was very pleasant and informative. She had all the answers to any question i had about pricing amenities and floor plan. She had also gave me some contact info if I had anymore questions. She really made me feel like this is a place I could see myself living.

  I recently call the Yorkshire Apartments and spoke with the leasing agent Anasia. I inquired about moving into a 2bedroom 2bathroom +den Summer 2022. She was very helpful, informative and walked me through the website and even offered to schedule a tour at my earliest convenience.
  Even though I am not moving immediately I wanted to weigh my options and with her help I feel secure in where I want to move to
