I wanted to swap a charm from one necklace to another. Sounds like a simple switcheroo I could do myself. However, I was wrong, it seems the necklace is such of good quality, it didn't permit just "anyone" to conduct this task. However, Olney Jewelers saved the day! I contacted them,, discussed my request, made a quick 8 minute drive to their operations. Mission accomplished. I couldn't be happier. The request was done in a matter of minutes and at a reasonable price. I also walked away with some advice on how to repair something on my car. Seems they are a jack of all trades! Thanks Guys!

Amazing customer service they were very pleasant and helpful. I loved the insight given on my piece of jewelry and the fact that I was able to drop off and pick it up within hours. This was very convenient with decent pricing ! I would definitely recommend and if need be I will use them again. Wonderful experience.

Had an issue with the chronograph on my watch and although it could not be fixed easily without replacing the movement, the jeweler was very nice, informative and did not charge for taking a look at it anyways. I would definitely return if I needed to service a watch in the future.

Ok so my kid put my cheap Ali express ring on and it got stuck. Olney Jewelry removed it free of charge. I wanted to pay but he refused. Really good people. I will be back soon. Thank you guys so much.
