“Con: the apartments are old. Bathrooms are too small. The washer and dryer are twins size makes it hard to wash blanket and heavy loads. Everyday something breaks. We are forever calling maintenance to fix the porch door. Pro: clean place, nice neighborhood and managements, spacious rooms, walk in closet but it's small, big windows, no mold, little bathroom leakage”

It's perfect for times like Memorial Day because next to the shelters are the grills, where you can barbeque anything you want to. It's a very convenient place to visit. “I normally play basketball here so I can't speak for the rest of the park. The basketball area is great. It's clean and the hoops are well kept. There are lights that light up both full size basketball courts that stay on as long as you keep pushing the button every hour until 11pm when they shut off completely for the night. Overall a very nice place.”
