The prices are very reasonable and though there are quite a few dated items there also are hidden gems--higher-end clothing by the likes of Lily Pulitzer, Ralph Lauren, Nanette Lapore, Eliza B., etc.. Everything was well organized and there was a large collection of Vera Bradley items. However, my experience as a consignor was uneven. On my first visit I had a delightful chat with one of the managers who encouraged me to bring my items in. When I arrived for my appointment, a different manager was on duty who discouraged me from consigning because my items were in small sizes (I'm a size 4-6). I also learned that if they did consign my items and the items did not sell, the items automatically would be donated and there would be no opportunity to retrieve them. I will shop here again but probably won't try consigning again.”
