On a couple of occasions, he has assisted with setting up my Dad’s entertainment system and even went above and beyond to learn how to install a product he was unfamiliar with in order to provide satisfactory help and complete the setup. Shawn is always pleasurable and professional. Being in a rehabilitation facility can be tough and sometimes boredom and negative mindset can slow progress in a patient. Nice quiet neighborhood when I have a problem maintenance come right away to fix it. Pool always clean and I am happy living there. I don't see mice or any pest on my apartment. The only issue is the parking but other than that is fine.”
