The grounds of the property are well maintained and the units are remodeled like an episode of HGTV’s Property Brothers. The rental application process was easy and efficient, the amenities are to die for. All the maintenance staff is friendly. The leasing staff appears to know all the tenants on a first name basis. “I started seeing Dr Hepfer in May 2020 after years of back and neck pain. I've had a scoliosis since childhood and thanks to Dr Hepfer, the daily pain went away after only a couple of adjustments. “Our prayers were answered when we discovered St. Raphael School. It’s not just a school, but a welcoming community of families and educators working together in the best interest of all students. The teachers and staff clearly find joy in what they do and bring their best to these students every day! The principal, Mrs. Dwyer, is a true leader – talented, experienced, devoted, warm, and always has time for you. The physical environment is beautiful and clean; the school has a science lab, media center, and technology everywhere which can be pretty rare for a Catholic school! We especially love that our children receive an individualized education through differentiated learning and small-group instruction. Plus they get a lot of time to be physical and play outside! It was amazing to witness how the school adapted when COVID first hit and was able to balance the needs of students and families with safety. As a result, the students and SRS community continue to thrive! We couldn’t have asked for more from a school during these challenging times.”

“It may have changed because I went there three years ago but I really liked this school! But some of the teachers there....were rather strict or mean but my 5th grade was amazing! There lunch food was decent and having my aunt as the lunch manager was great too when I was there. And she's really really nice so if you're going to Garrett park and worried about it don't be! It's a great school with great people. Might be some strict ones so be prepared for that.”
