This sounds weird, but it's a little too cold on the rink. I get it. Ice. But it is noticeably colder on the rink here than any other indoor rink we've been to visit. Not a big deal, but bundle up or make sure you're really getting a workout on the ice.”

“I recently heard that Dr London retired about 3 years ago. I wanted to go and see him again. I saw him in Leisure World many years ago when I was having a very hard time and needed a neurology checkup. His bedside manner was very good. I have a lot of problems with depression and anxiety, and when I saw him I was a complete mess. I couldn't stand being in the thing they put over your eyes for the neurology checkup. I was so nervous all the time, and am still struggling with that. He said that I was okay but there were "very strange eye movements" in the recording or whatever. I felt like my eyes were shuttering in there. I couldn't stay calm or focus. I wanted to reach out to him recently because I need a neurologist again, and I was sorry to hear that he retired. If anybody sees this who knows him, or knows how to reach him, I would very much like him to know that his kind words meant a lot to me. He just said "You know, whatever is going on with you, it's going to be okay." It may have seemed like a small thing to say, but I remembered it, and it helped me. It still helps me now today.
