The quality of service was becoming an issue because they were scheduling appointments too close together causing children to have two to four wait times. Appeared to be altering appointments and over scheduling. They have expanded the upstairs area for more service opportunities and better service. Hopefully, lessons were learned and the quality of service will improve giving them the ability to be a five star establishment. The staff have always been respectful and friendly and that makes a difference. The owner is caring and concerned with making her customers comfortable.”

They have the most reasonable rates in the entire area, whereas prices at other barbershops cost more than $30, my haircut was $20; before COVID it was $15. I had told her what I was looking for when I called to make the appointment, and before we started she answered all of my questions. She told me what she would do each step of the way, including what she thought would work best for my face and complexion. She was extremely considerate (I broke my ankle, am on crutches, and needed to elevate my leg for my entire visit). Selena moved the extra chair to each station, and limited how much I needed to move. I am extremely happy with my new cut and color and highly recommend this professional salon!”
