“We only lived here for a couple months but the staff here were always so friendly and professional but especially one of the maintenance guys, Charles. Charles was always so helpful and attentive. On occasion he’d even come kill spiders and crickets because my wife and daughter were terrified of them. My wife got stung by a bee in the apartment and Charles came and was able to kill it for her. We are all grateful for how kind he is. My wife and I can’t praise Charles enough. All the maintenance guys were super friendly and prompt always. The only reason I didn’t give the complex a 5 star rating is because we stayed there for about 5 months and that gate in the entrance never worked. We even got the fob and never used it which was a little disappointing especially since it’s a “gated community””

“A few things, yes they can do nice styling and have a great technique, but the idea that you have to use THAT much heat is not necessary I left with very thin looking hair because my hair does not require SUCH high heat.
