Up until this last time, I've had Safelite do the replacement and every time they did something wrong such that they had to come back and do it again. The guys even showed me the evidence of all of their past "work" while they were replacing the windshield this time. They took the time to explain a lot of what they were doing and why they were doing it. Just great people doing great work. You could tell that they really care about their reputation. He said that he wanted me to come back in if I saw any problems with the tint later on because he doesn't want any bad tints out there with his name on it. Really impressed.
