Mike, my Service Advisor was nice and they use text messaging to stay in contact if I had any concerns/needs. The ride to and from was fine. And it only took about 2 hrs. to get my car back.”

They tell you the driver will call when they are on the way but that never happen and had issues with the scheduled pickup.
