“I've had back surgery preformed at this hospital and been to it's emergency intake 3 times. I had no problems with any of the doctors there. People need to remember that this hospital has hundreds of patients a day. If you're there alone, you have to be your own advocate. If you have family members or friends who can be your advocate that's even better. But, please learn to be polite but firm. Don't go in there using profanity, that's gets you no where. And while you are there, just remember you're not the only patient there. And that doctors and nurses are human too. I always got better care, because I behaved with politeness and civility.”
