“I've been here for 2 months and I love it more every day! I wish we had found this place when we first moved to the horrid DC metro area. Pros: -Quiet and safe location (next to police station) -Easy to enter and exit complex -Close to bus stops and major highways -Spacious and efficient floor plans -Friendly and attentive staff -Individual HVAC unit (heating and cooling control) -Energy efficient appliances and windows (sliding doors) -Two washers and dryers in each building -Good sense of community (pleasant neighbors) -Fios internet (Better than comcast) -Numbered parking spots (you own a consistent spot) -No German or American Cockroaches -Few Indian tenants (no strong curry smell in hallways) Cons: -Walls are too thin (can sometimes hear neighbors) -Central exhaust venting (No individual bathroom and kitchen fan) -Kitchen gets too hot while cooking (I had to buy a floor fan to ventilate it) -The entrance road floods every time it rains (Ridge Rd). -Visitor parking fills up quickly (Not enough spots)”
