Sensei Erika has over 20 years of experience in traditional karate, as well as a black belt in tae kwon do and a purple belt in Brazilian ju jitsu. She is also the coach of the U.S. Naval Academy karate team! You will learn so much here!! But, Cornerstone Martial Arts is more than just a place to learn karate, you'll also be part of a fantastic community. CMA students are some of the best people I've trained with!
For both kids and adults karate is amazing. Karate is a great way to make new friends, feel great physically, and learn exciting new skills. It's also a wonderful family activity. Everyone is welcome here, so please come train with us!
