“I have been a patient of Dr. Smith’s for 7 years. I am adult but due to my condition she was referred to me as one of the best and she was. My surgery was a success, recovery went as she predicted. Yes the wait can be a little longer than desired at times and getting an appointment is normally a couple months out if not a follow up but She is a small practice and a surgeon so isn’t that to be expected she is only one person. I now send my son to her and I am confident in his diagnosis. She identified an issue that was not previously disclosed to us. She takes her time and makes sure you understand what she is saying. She also make sure you have a clear understanding of the treatment options. She is pleasant and knowledgeable.”

“Dr. Gillem and her staff are amazing. They provided the best care for my dog when I brought her in and continued her care throughout her cancer treatment. Dr. Gillem was willing to listen and provide sound advice about new treatments. Dana and Kate, who are the vet techs took an interest in my girl and I always felt as I was leaving her in the hands of people that cared about Pi as an individual. I cannot say enough about them. Sadly, Pi's cancer was a terminal form but I am convinced that I would have lost her so much earlier without the help of Dr. Gillem and her team. If you have a pet with cancer, her office is a wonderful place to land. They are compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gillem is clear with what you can expect and helpful when trying to decide what course of action you should take. I was always clear on the risks and the potential benefits of what I was considering.”

“I needed a door window replaced. I called and they come out that day. The technician installed it in about 45 minutes. I noticed the window wasn't adjusted correctly. I called them the next day and they came out and adjusted it in about 15 minutes. While they didn't get it right the first time they corrected the mistake quickly with no hassle. The office personnel and technician were friendly and professional. I would definitely go back.”

“We were extremely pleased with Metropolitan Bath and Tile’s remodeling of our bathroom. Sean and his crew were wonderful. They kept the house impeccably clean even while they worked, putting down drop cloths everywhere and then removing them every day. Sean always listened to our questions and concerns and was very helpful. After the job was completed, and in much less time than had been estimated, my husband had a few small things he wanted adjusted, and John came out and did all of it for us. No problem. We spent a great deal on this bathroom remodel, but the finished product is beautiful. Kudos also go to Christina, who helped us make all the tile and cabinet selections. She created the image for us and the team of installers made it a reality.”

“I showed up upset and hardly able to think with dog who was dying and miserable. I was met at the door by a vet tech/receptionist who took us straight to a room. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian who saw my dog were WONDERFUL with my dog and with me. I was able to stay with my dog while she was euthanized and was treated with compassion. I was actually shocked at my total cost. Much less expensive than my regular local vet. I ended up here after a HORRIBLE experience at WeCare emergency vet in Waldorf. I will drive straight to Dogs and Cats Emergency if any of my pets ever require emergency care. Thank you to the staff who was working very early morning on Sunday 24 July 2022. Your compassion means a lot to me.”
