  Phil took care of my car, a Toyota 2013 Camry hybrid, I dropped it off on Friday and it was fixed and in my care Monday. Very profession, great communication and most importantly honest. HIGHLY recommended for any hybrid problems.

  Could not have been more pleased with every aspect of my experience, from making the appointment to the actual service. The team there was very professional and took their time discussing my situation, including giving me tips on future maintenance unrelated to the battery. They have a clean, well organized shop and clearly know what they are doing. FYI, I have a 2007 Prius and elected to get a new battery rather than refurbished. Four year warranty, which is transferable if I sell, which I won’t do because I love my car! Photo is my mileage on the way back home on a mildly congested freeway. Not bad!

  Thank you for your great service!!!!!!I had Prius with red triangle, so I did why ever the YouTube community was suggesting, I contacted several people for cells for hybrid , everyone one had different types solutions and it was all pointing out to hybrid battery. After going through reviews , I decided to try out Greentec auto ,Bowie ,I went earlier than my timeout still the accommodated and. Replaced the hybrid battery, they went for test drive and in the mean time , I was talking to mechanic name Phil, he was education how I should keep you hybrid cars and how to take care of the car, I also asked him how to repair this and that. His price was nominal , if you have a hybrid. Car and you need a hybrid mechanic you should go to greentec auto in Bowie.After bothering Phil with so many questions , I paid the bill signed the papers and ready to go , he assured if you have any problem call me and assured me to help and finally This mechanic said , I am the manager, I had more respect for him and his works.I said thank you sir. I am happy I found this place , May God bless his works and bring more customers to him

  Exceptional experience! Phil was extremely helpful in explaining everything that was going on and the process to get my car back on the road. When my car first stalled and had a plethora of warning lights... I thought it was a done deal. Thought it would cost WAY too much to get her fixed. I am going to drive her for another 100K, and Greentec is to thank for it! Greentec is by FAR the way to go! Dealer and another triple letter place wanted to charge me freaking $475 just to do a diagnostic!!!!!!! What????? PLEASE tell everyone about Greentec. They will save you so much money and the Bowie shop is extremely professional and knows what they are doing for sure. Call them and let them explain what they offer. You won't be disappointed!!!!

  Don't hesitate to trust your hybrid battery replacement to these guys. My college-age son purchased a used 1st gen hybrid Civic (the wisdom of that is for another discussion). The battery began to fail last fall, Greentec went on-site at his university and did the replacement, so far so good. Six months later, the engine light is on and a diagnostic says it's the battery. Greentec unhesitatingly shows up at our home to honor the warranty and replace the battery at their expense but more dashboard lights are on. They can't do a complete analysis on the road and recommend we have the car towed to their shop (over an hour away) or see if someone local can take a look. We take it to the local Honda dealer who throw up their hands and say the battery doesn't match their part number and the replacement power management system they tried didn't fix it. Their implied message is to pay them for another battery and trust that it will work. My son already has $2K invested and now Honda says it's not their fault but you can pay us. We bite the bullet and have the car towed to Greentec where they do the full diagnostic and try a new power management system and lo and behold, everything works like new and all the dashboard lights are out. I've seen some reviews that say that you can't trust these guys and they're difficult to work with but if you are patient and ask them to explain difficult terminology and are willing to trust their expertise you will find that they are really working in your best interest. I can't say enough for everyone we talked to there with a special shout of appreciation to Phil at Bowie, MD who patiently walked us through the process and options even when things got a little tense. I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business again.
