“Could not have been more pleased with every aspect of my experience, from making the appointment to the actual service. The team there was very professional and took their time discussing my situation, including giving me tips on future maintenance unrelated to the battery. They have a clean, well organized shop and clearly know what they are doing. FYI, I have a 2007 Prius and elected to get a new battery rather than refurbished. Four year warranty, which is transferable if I sell, which I won’t do because I love my car! Photo is my mileage on the way back home on a mildly congested freeway. Not bad!”

“So far, so good. Space was pretty clean. I wish it was climate controlled but the drive up takes priority. We were able to secure our unit and move in the same day. The door is a little wonky but I was showed a trick or two to make it work. Laurie in the office is so amazing. She had great customer service. She make the process smooth and easy. Very accommodating as well!”
