“Dr. Davis is awesome! She addressed my concerns and explained in details what my options were. This helped me to make an informed and financial decision that works best for me. However, the reason for 4 stars, when I was checking out and went to get my bill, the guy near the receptionist over charged me on the fees. It wasn't until I asked him to give me an itemized list of repairs and I check my patient price sheet and learned I was being overcharged. Then I called him back and told him of his mistake, he apologized and refunded my money immediately. I have not had any issues with over charges since. In fact, Dr. Davis gives you a price chart for all the work that needs to be performed before going to visit that guy.”

She remembers her patients by name, which is a rare quality to find in a doctor these days. She brings back the old-school approach to medicine, where the doctor knows you and treats you like family. She tends to lean towards promoting a healthy lifestyle and good choices rather than immediately jumping to medical intervention, which we appreciate. The Bowie, MD office was really clean and inviting and the receptionist / tech, Darlene was extremely kind and welcoming - I thought she had really great energy. After signing in and filling out the paperwork, I met Dr. Berkeley who, like Darlene, was extremely friendly and so helpful. They both made me feel calm and listened to my concerns. I honestly felt very relaxed while I was there. Dr. Berkeley took a look at my neck and was like “yep, we can fix that”. Again, I had never been to a chiropractor so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but with a few seamless cracks, we were done. I think I laughed and felt relief at the same time. It was an awesome experience. I left in a great mood and treated myself to an iced latte afterward. 10/10 recommend (and I came all the way from the DC area).”
