He was professional, and courteous and made us feel welcome at the dealership. He explained all the ins and outs of our new car clearly and informatively. He was very patient with me (as I am not very computer savvy!) To be honest, we had first gone to another Toyota dealer closer to home and were not happy with the atmosphere there. So the trip to Toyota Bowie was well worth the time and effort to buy our new car from them. We would highly recommend our Salesperson Mr. Khan at this dealership.”

“I can see why my boyfriend drives an hour in a half for his allergy injection. Staff is friendly and professional and amazing. I watch a staff member ask a parent if they would like something for the little to color while they completed their paperwork. The child was everywhere and looked very frustrated. That’s the reason why I writing this review. I know how hard it is to do paperwork and have a toddler with you. So to have something they can do so the mom can get the paperwork done is amazing. if I ever need an allergist I will be coming to the Bowie office.”

“I showed up upset and hardly able to think with dog who was dying and miserable. I was met at the door by a vet tech/receptionist who took us straight to a room. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian who saw my dog were WONDERFUL with my dog and with me. I was able to stay with my dog while she was euthanized and was treated with compassion. I was actually shocked at my total cost. Much less expensive than my regular local vet. I ended up here after a HORRIBLE experience at WeCare emergency vet in Waldorf. I will drive straight to Dogs and Cats Emergency if any of my pets ever require emergency care. Thank you to the staff who was working very early morning on Sunday 24 July 2022. Your compassion means a lot to me.”
