“I needed to have a few locks rekeyed and was able to make a next day appointment. The locksmith encountered some issues fitting the new locks to my doors and one got scratched but he came back to replace it at no further charge after I got a replacement knob. My only concern was that he said he had use of the old screws with stripped heads to install the new locks because the new screws that came with the new locks were too small for my doors. So hopefully that isn't an issue down the road when I have my door replaced, otherwise I would recommend.”
