I was stuck on beltway after running out of gas. I called my insurance All-State. I waited 2hrs no one showed. My cell had only 10% battery so I was to nervous to call customer service. I did a quick google search of folks in the area and Keejo popped right up. I called and he answered immediately and found me in less than 30 minutes right before my phone died. He was such a God send. I was a nervous reck could barely tell him where I was. But he said don't worry, I got you. That's all I needed to hear. Thanks again!

Literally locked my keys in the trunk at the grocery store, called and Eric came and unlocked it all in less than 40 mins. Amazing !! If I’m ever stupid enough to lock my keys in the car again, I will call him ASAP. !! Never had such fast service before. A++

Eric was prompt and professional. After waiting a couple hours on a Friday evening for a technician, we called 30 minutes later and found out someone reported the case was resolved and closed!! The dispatcher apologized and said they would send their most reliable technician.Eric who arrived in less than 45 minutes. He was very respectful, professional and had the vehicle unlocked within minutes!! We recommend this service but strongly suggest following up when technician doesn't arrive at the stated time to ensure the case isn't closed as you wait
