“I was hesitant to use this company after seeing the reviews. Nowadays you have to really look at reviews to see if you want to use a company or not. I actually didn't have a choice because this is the company AHS assigned. I must say the technician, J.R. came out within the timeframe I was allotted. He came into my home with his mask on and put on shoe covers. He looked at everything that needed to be repaired (circuit breaker burn out, two light switches, and two electrical outlets). He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed everything in less than an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I truly appreciate his promptness in fixing everything.
