Rooter Master Services performed an emergency service for me. The main line in my home was clogged. A little flooding started in my basement . When I called Rooter Master Services, they were able to give me an estimate over the phone after I explained what was going on. That was great because I had an idea of how much I needed before they arrived. There were no surprises. They were respectful of my property, there was no mess when the job was done, they explained and showed me what they found. The toilet had to be removed and replaced. The caulking looks good. I am happy that Rooter Master Services came out and serviced my home the same evening. Affordable service and quick response. Thank you!

Our sump pump somehow backed up into our toilet and causing flooding everywhere. After calling multiple plumbing companies who charged us a fee just come to our house and provided us with expensive estimates, we were extremely happy to go with Rooter Master. They were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule and were very knowledgeable. There was no fee for them to come out and assess the work that needed to be done and charged us a very fair price for the overall repair that took just about two hours. We immediately referred them to our friends. We definitely would use Rooter Master again in a heartbeat.
