Very relaxing environment. Beautiful establishment (inside & outside). I am coming on my cycle, and am looking for pain relief. I pray what she has offered, helps. The lady here seems very knowledgeable, and she told me that she is a Nutritionalist. The menu looks great, nutritious and delicious and I look forward to incorporating her into my daily commute, for lunch, or a quick snack. We need more healthy options in our community. Let's keep her here 😉

Very welcoming environment with a nice and professional staff.

I tried this place after receiving the brochure in the mail so I didn't know what to get. I ended up trying what was recommended which was E1, Collagen Beauty. I was pretty good and refreshing, yet a little tart with collagen jelly which i thought was ice.

I also tried a tuna sandwich. I'll be honest... it wasn't what I was use to because it was made with yogurt, but they were very accomodating.

Absolutely delicious and sugar free. The meal plans are amazing. The ladies are friendly and professional.

I wanted to give this place a shot, because it doesn't hurt to try something healthy. I decided to try a small lychee strawberry smoothie, suggested by the owner herself, and it did not disappoint. For something that is sugar free this was sweeter than I expected, which I enjoy. If this was a summer day, this would hit the spot, but on a 38° day it's still good. I would like to try other items here.
