We have just had our roof replaced by High Mark Const. We worked with Roy Pena, our Project Manager, who provided exceptionally good service, advice and customer care. He helped us through the entire process, worked out issues that came up, and was knowledgeable and responsive to all our needs and questions. In addition, the installation team, led by Isaac, was punctual and skilled. They did a great job on the roof and cleanup. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by the services provided by Mr. Pena and Isaac and his team that I felt compelled to provide a positive review. I used High Mark construction to inspect and ultimately replace my roof as an Insurance claim replacement. HiMark was initially in my neighborhood advertising their services. I called to set up an initial appointment and they walked me through the process of working with my insurance company to determine if the work could be covered through insurance claim. I scheduled the appointment with the project manager Kevin Weaver and he coordinated with my insurance company to review the roof. Kevin also worked with my Solar company to get the panels temporarily removed to allow the roof to be replaced. I ultimately received authority for the work to be done through my insurance company and I worked with high Mark as the company to ensure that the Work was done. Upon completion, I was extremely satisfied with the end product as they were able to remove the old roof and put on the new roof in the same day as promised and the end product was stunning as advertised. Most importantly, they got the work accomplished within budget and they worked with my deductible. I’m a very satisfied customer.
