Thompson Creek Window Company Lanham

Used Thompson Creek years ago to replace the windows and sliding glass doors in my old townhouse and they were excellent from start to finish. The quality of their products was wonderful. Everything was delivered and installed on original date and the crew left my place impeccably clean when they left. I'm excited to be using them again this year on my new place and look forward to coming back here for another review!

The Representative was amazing, his product knowledge and presentation was remarkable. He definitely set the example for others to follow. It was a great experience. Our first installation date had been canceled due to a snowstorm. The rescheduled appointment was made for the following Saturday. The workers were on time, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic installation in about 6 hours.

There was one damaged screen, as you can see in the photos, that was minimal. They are in the process of ordering a new screen for us which they assure will be available by the end of the month. We highly recommend!

Will update once the window installations are done but honestly, the customer service, specifically Daniel, was so amazing that I wanted to leave this comment first. He is one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to. Extremely personable, kind AND he's actually funny :) But seriously, he did a wonderful job talking to my parents and I, explaining everything and being attentive. I'm very thankful. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!
