They create a classification called RTP for mostly immigrants so they can be discouraged because they will be stuck to that level for a whole year getting minimum wage. They preferred white kids in their apprenticeship so they can groom them into perfect tools. Even after passing their aptitude test and working like a slave (literally) for years does not guarantee a place in their program, because you will be denied due to so many “qualify” candidates.
