(December 13, 2022, 12:41 pm)Been going to the bradenton locations since getting my hearing aids but bad results. Finding this location was a blessing. Issue was fixed and the atmosphere was beyond relaxing. Highly recommend the sarasota location as your first choice 👌🏼 👍🏻 👏
(November 7, 2022, 12:27 pm)Nothing but SERVICE & SMILES. Three yrs. ago I researched four hearing aid companies. Picked Miracle Ear because of a wonderful Tech, named Scott. He answered all questions, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a loyal customer at the Sarasota office, where your are met with a beautiful smile and greeting from Barbara. I have had the pleasure of meeting the new Tech, Zak, when I have an issue with my device. I walked in on Monday at 9am, without an appointment, only because I NEED MY AIDS. My issues was taken care of without question, Zak shook my hand, thanked me. Barbara as always, smiled, thanked me, offered hard candy and I left with a since of knowing my aids worked well. Scott, thank you for training and leaving your Sarasota office in GREAT hands, while you concentrate on the Bradenton office.

Scott has gone above and beyond my expectations of getting satisfactory hearing, taking time to explain, in detail, what my problem is, and, how to address it. He has made such a difference in the quality of my hearing, thus, the quality of my life!! If you are thinking of hearing devices, you cannot do better than Miracle Ear!! Service and loyalty to patients is tops.
(June 24, 2021, 3:12 pm)Fantastic staff. They are not only very competent but very accommodating. They offer alternatives when scheduling appointments, they listen to my concerns and are not reluctant to make adjustments to my hearing aides. Once the adjustments have been made they seek feedback about the effectiveness of the adjustments by scheduling a return visit after sufficient time to know if the adjustments fit my concern.
I am totally comfortable with this Miracle Ear office and its staff.
