“Nothing but SERVICE & SMILES. Three yrs. ago I researched four hearing aid companies. Picked Miracle Ear because of a wonderful Tech, named Scott. He answered all questions, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have been a loyal customer at the Sarasota office, where your are met with a beautiful smile and greeting from Barbara. I have had the pleasure of meeting the new Tech, Zak, when I have an issue with my device. I walked in on Monday at 9am, without an appointment, only because I NEED MY AIDS. My issues was taken care of without question, Zak shook my hand, thanked me. Barbara as always, smiled, thanked me, offered hard candy and I left with a since of knowing my aids worked well. Scott, thank you for training and leaving your Sarasota office in GREAT hands, while you concentrate on the Bradenton office. Great Staff with "Old Fashion Service". Frank Davis”
