Camden College Park Apartments

Recently, I toured with one of my friends who was looking for an apartment at this community. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. All of our questions and concerns about the quality and atmosphere of the apartment complex were answered. I really liked the state of the art gym.They offer a variety of floor plans, so there are a lot of different options to choose from. The community had a lot of green space and I was also impressed that they offered a shuttle to the metro. Although I was not looking for myself given the location and amenities I would consider.

I’ve worked for FedEx for 22 years, and I have never met a leasing staff that is more genuine, professional, or all around amazing to be around and work with. It is consistent every time I deliver to their community. Katie, Jessie, Jorge, Christina, and Bridget always make my day so much better. I also had multiple interactions with residents at the community and they have always spoken highly of the entire staff including the maintenance team. I can tell that they truly care and want to be there for their residents and for any vendor who needs to come to the office. They are currently in the process of creating a fob-less door entry system. While the residents are happy for this change, I’ll miss seeing the staff on a daily basis for deliveries.

I have always been welcomed in a professional and positive manner with Camden College park apartments. The leasing staff are very responsive and super helpful. Specifically, Katie has been helping me a lot with figuring out the best option for me during these unprecedented times.

Took a tour of Camden College Park this weekend and had a great experience. Jorge, Jessie, and Katie were so welcoming and professional. They were incredibly genuine in giving me information about the community and the building was very nice. While I unfortunately will not be moving to Camden, they had great customer service and everyone was welcoming!

I unfortunately am not moving to Camden College Park
due to work changes, but I was seriously considering it
and took a virtual tour of the units I was interested in. I was impressed with how wide the hallways are and how spacious the apartments are as well. I want to especially thank my leasing consultant Miranda who answered all of my questions and responded promptly and kindly. She was always cheerful and patient while also thorough in informing me of the different available units.
I also connected with Jorge a couple of times. Everyone at Camden College Park was professional and helpful. Great customer service!
