I then talked to John about other repairs/installations I wanted (ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms, kitchen lighting, re-running cables, new dining light fixture, and more). Janette, best receptionist/secretary/not sure of all her roles, was super friendly. I received my estimate right away. Told me what I needed to do before they could come and do the work, gave me some pointers, and got me in the books. John and the other guy (sorry I don't remember your name!!) came right on the dot of the day of the install and got everything done. I'm loving everything they did. I actually didn't have a choice because this is the company AHS assigned. I must say the technician, J.R. came out within the timeframe I was allotted. He came into my home with his mask on and put on shoe covers. He looked at everything that needed to be repaired (circuit breaker burn out, two light switches, and two electrical outlets). He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed everything in less than an hour. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I truly appreciate his promptness in fixing everything.
