Clint was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. $125 for full interior/exterior bat inspection. Helped us find potential access points, and thankfully after a very thorough search he found the bat itself too in the craziest hiding place we never would have found ourselves (note: bats are amazing at hiding so they do not guarantee they'll find the bat). He humanely trapped him and released him away from our house.”

Some prices were lowish, but they were pushy and lacked knowledge of Bowie houses and specifics of what flooring was best on a concrete slab, etc. Carousel was not pushy, answered every question, knew exactly what we needed to know and even accommodated our schedule. They gave us all the heads up information we needed. The installation of a whole level of flooring was done very professionally in a day and a half. It looks like this is the way it always should have been.”

They came out, measured my counter. I went in and specified the quartz countertop I wanted with cost now in hand, set up installation date The guys came in very polite and professional During installation, they were in and out of the house in about 45 minutes to 1 hour . They took the old countertop and trash with them, leaving behind only fantastic work. You know you’re in the right place where there’s a rooster working. Thank you Guys :-)”

“I went here on my birthday (January 27th). They had a DJ playing great music! It was party music and very family-friendly. The Store Associates are very friendly and open to help you with whatever you are looking for. The place is clean and all of the merchandise are well kept in place. The only problem was most of the escalators were out of service; so everyone had to share 1 escalator just to walk up or down to get to their desired destination in the store. That was the only issue. You had to stand aside to let the other person pass by you if they are walking up the escalator while you are walking down the escalator. That's how crammed it was on that 1 escalator; it wasn't great.. But you just have to maintain a sense of courtesy to others and eventually.. You will get to your destination. That's all folks!”
