  Excellent kayaking community. Launch is nice and easily accessible with plenty of parking. They even have a kayak launch.

  Visited to go kayaking on the water trails in mid September. Routes are well marked and easy to follow. Beautiful, quiet beach on the western edge of the park and peaceful paddling along the red trail with terns diving for fish and blue crabs scurrying in the shallow coves.

  It is a beautiful place and very restful. Wish the restrooms had been cleaner. Loved walking down to the water but wish there were a few garbage cans so maybe people wouldn't drop their trash on the ground. But a beautiful place.

  Awesome infrastructure, fantastic staff. Beauty spot.
  
  Very well-maintained campsites for renters and RVs. Very nice restrooms, w hot showers. Kayak and canoe rentals available, which allow fantastic exploration of the marsh that makes up much of the State Park. Great store for camping supplies, and an excellent recreation/education room with displays of the local wildlife, games, books, and an indoor snack/dining room. All air-conditioned for the really hot days where your tent is just too hot. Almost every campsite is well-shaded, but it can still get hot. Nice fire pits for each site. Everything about this state park is wonderful.

  We spent a three day weekend here and absolutely fell in love with Jane's Island. The camp store staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We took two kayak tours and the trails were well marked and easy to follow. We experienced dolphin on our second kayak tour and took video. Bath houses in the campground were clean and very well maintained. Our first visit but certainly not our last. We are planning a return trip in the fall.
