“We drove to St Michaels to do some antiquing.. Well this time of year I wouldn't do that again as this little shop was the only one open. But they have a nice selection of different collectibles. It's a quaintly, cute place just like the town. We enjoyed poking around the shop & strolling down main Street.”

They were outstanding - incredibly professional, knowledgeable about her brand of fridge, and extremely honest as to the nature of the issue and its remediation. They took time to answer all questions and to explain its features. Because of them, all of her household appliances will be bought from Higgins & Spencer as their customer service is fantastic.”
