Two if by Sea Restaurant was established June 2008 when our Executive Chef Henry Miller found this little café for sale on Tilghman Island. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he worked in many well known restaurants, as well as operating his own catering business on the side, but always dreamed of owning his own restaurant.
