“Pulled in this morning, to a packed parking lot; cars backed out to the road. Was going to turn around and move on. Happily, I changed my mind. Went inside, ordered food, drinks, used the restroom and was back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Drive thru also moved lightening fast. Great service, good food, piping hot, fresh coffee. “My husband and I went here at the recommendation of Teri at Great Shoals Tasting Room and it was a fantastic recommendation. We both purchased the Panamanian and it was delicious. The barista, who owns the shop with his wife, was very knowledgeable about the coffees and their origins and their roasting processes. He was also very open to sharing other recommendations for visiting around town. I definitely suggest taking the time to stop at Blue Heron to get a cup of coffee!”
