He too is the consummate professional, I have not had an issue which he could not handle with ease. After banking with PNC for about 10 years, primarily at this branch, they treat us with respect and seem to genuinely care about our financial needs. I am disappointed that this branch has chosen to remove the drive-thru, since that was my primary mode of service.
