“The people at the store were very helpful and very good I love going to the T-Mobile store only. Now on the other hand I had to call 611 because I got a replacement phone because my last phone was freezing and now my replacement phone's freezing. They're wanting to send me another crappy phone. I think someone has to do something about the T-Mobile corporate in that I asked for corporate number they never would give it to me they said they did not have a corporate number. Every company has a corporate number. I have never had my phone shut off. Always paid my bills. And they would not let me get a new phone to replace this crappy one they sent me. The lady on the phone that I was talking to. Said that they do not send phones to houses. Which is a big lie because my last phone they sent straight to my house.”

“I had been shopping around for a while to find a solid wood bedroom set with dovetail drawer construction that would break the bank. I found it at Bob's and very reasonably priced. Darryl, our sales guy was super friendly and helpful. Their customer cafe is a great add on and is well stocked with lots of goodies such as candy, ice cream , cookies as well as coffee. I'm looking forward to my delivery next week.”

I do feel that this store is very organized, but no one around to guide you. I spent ten minutes searching for batteries (they hang by the register for some mysterious reason) and then a few minutes looking for someone to ask where they were. Overall, a great store.”
