“I had a wisdom tooth break in half and was in so much pain for weeks until my husband finally called Dr. Robertson. When I arrived and he looked at my X-ray, he said he may not be able to get it out because it may just crumble. I told him if he had faith in himself enough to get it out, to try his best. He told me it was a 50/50 chance. He had that tooth out in less than 5 minutes and I was pain free. He's a very graceful, gentle dentist and his prices are the best in the tristate area. I would highly recommend him to anyone. 5 stars from me!!!!”

“Had a trauma to the mouth 20 years ago and loads of work between then and about 10 years ago, when I walked into this office for the first time. Everyone there is warm and friendly. I have been through a lot with my mouth and it never gets easier. They are patient and sympathetic to my being a baby about it. Dr Nitzell gets in and gets out and doesn’t use excessive numbing where you’re numb hours after you leave, which is refreshing. They will work with you on payments if necessary and they still treat you with dignity and respect. This office is top notch and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’d recommend them 100x over.”

A warm and friendly environment as soon as you make the first phone call, and initial in person visit will immediately make you feel comfortable. The office manager is very thorough and answers all questions without hesitation. The dental assistants have such a warm friendly personality and have great knowledge of their profession. The front office staff have great phone manners, and are patient with your questions and concerns that you may have. And of course the doctor is the one who , I believe has led his staff to represent his practice in this fashion. He is very polite and listens to your needs and responds accordingly.
