A warm and friendly environment as soon as you make the first phone call, and initial in person visit will immediately make you feel comfortable. The office manager is very thorough and answers all questions without hesitation. The dental assistants have such a warm friendly personality and have great knowledge of their profession. The front office staff have great phone manners, and are patient with your questions and concerns that you may have. And of course the doctor is the one who , I believe has led his staff to represent his practice in this fashion. He is very polite and listens to your needs and responds accordingly.
