And has a small Studio room that anyone can take lessons in. I saw more to it than a few drum kits, symbols and drum sticks on what color tips you’d prefer. It’s a definite to go to and check out if you like the drums.”

“Way better experience than the Leesburg store. I'm a business owner making a very good wage but I don't show it in the way I dress. There's your backstory. The staff acknowledged and welcomed me as I entered despite my "casual" attire. Didn't get that in Leesburg earlier the same day. I had already done my research and knew what purchases I wanted to make, but still listened to the music they had available for each unit on display. Hagerstown had exactly the same song on each of their units....which made it incredibly nice to compare! Leesburg had haphazard clips of B.S. no one had ever heard of or Christmas music loaded (which you can't get the full range of a top notch audio system from Jingle Bells) The staff at Hagerstown Bose went out of their way to make sure we received the product and customer care that any patron would want. I HIGHLY recommend the Hagerstown Prime Outlet Bose Factory store. P.S. Don't judge a book by its cover....”

The overnight stockers were all very friendly saying hello with a genuine smile. (Which was the biggest surprise) And I had no problem finding someone to help me when I needed it.
