“First, the phone number listed on the Google listing doesn't work, only the phone number actually listed on the website. Second, the "Contact Us" form on their website is inoperable because there's a captcha question needed to send them a message, and the actual captcha letters aren't shown on the screen. Just FYI. Third, I called and asked to get a quote on glass and it's been 4 days without a response. Benefit of the doubt, I assume they're busy and have their hands full, but in contrast Antietam Glass gave me a quote over the phone immediately. I can't rate them lower than 4 stars because I have no experience with their services or product. They may be the most excellent place in town to get glass and my one brief encounter isn't enough to warrant a piss poor review. But their website and over-the-phone quotes need some work.”
