During my last encounter, for a matter that was beyond our control, he went above and beyond his responsibility, at the end of the day, to provide a prompt resolution. More often than not, a gentleman named Ron answers the phone with a very positive attitude, you can almost hear the smile in his voice. He too is the consummate professional, I have not had an issue which he could not handle with ease. After banking with PNC for about 10 years, primarily at this branch, they treat us with respect and seem to genuinely care about our financial needs. I am disappointed that this branch has chosen to remove the drive-thru, since that was my primary mode of service. However, it has given me the opportunity to work with many of those inside; although less convenient than the drive-thru, they make every effort to help customers with their business very quickly.”
